Please kindly note that any reservation can be finalized only after having received the payment and single rooms are limited and we can arrange the booking in the order of the reservation and the payment.

The registration fee for regular and student participants includes:

  • Admission to the Conference
  • Electronic Book of Abstracts (ISBN number)
  • Conference materials
  • Lunches and dinners
  • Coffee and refreshments
  • Conference Dinner
  • Accommodation in the selected category
  • VAT is included in the fees acccording to Hungarian VAT Law


Payments

Payment of the registration fee, hotel accommodation, and any other applicable fees should be made to the beneficiary, preferably before 20 July 2022.

Attention:

  • All bank charges must be covered by the transmitter.
  • Confirmation of registration upon receipt of payment.

Cancellation policy

Refund requests can be submitted to the Conference Secretariat. 50% refund can be granted if notification of cancellation has reached the conference secretariat before 1 August 2022. No refunds can be granted after this date. Refunds will be processed after the conference.
